Yep and sometimes it’s just being a little creative. I’ve started a little blog on seo/wordpress just for fun actually… no great content on it like here though… but because the competition is so tough in these niches I decided to take another approach. I created a few WordPress plugins that users can download for free from wordpress.org… and of course these link to my site so this gets me visitors each day.

Again, if your blog has a large reader base, then businesses may be interested in paying you to review their services or products. Not only will you get a free trial using whatever these businesses are selling, but you will also get a fee for writing them a review and posting it to your site. Paid reviews (and other paid and sponsored content) can be big money, so advertise this service on your contact page to generate business.
21. Facebook – Facebook swap shops are great for selling things locally. It’s like CraigsList, but a little easier. You simply search for swap shops in your area and ask to join the group. Once you’re in, take a picture of the item, write a quick description with the price and post it. It doesn’t get much easier than that. You can generally expect to get about what you would get at a yard sale, maybe a little more.

Add meta tags. While meta tags might not boost your organic traffic directly, they do boost it indirectly. By creating better, more accurate meta tags, users will know what your pages are about when searching for specific keywords. This will reduce bounce rate and indicate to Google that your user experience is strong. Therefore, add meta title, description and slugs to your post that include the keyword and explain your post.
Find a profitable niche: We’ve talked about this a lot. But, where are you most comfortable. What niche do your skills, values, and interests intersect? Do you have 10 years of experience as a technical writer? Do you have long-standing PR relationships that’ll be invaluable in helping startups launch a successful crowdfunding campaign? Determine what makes your value unique, and lean heavily on showcasing that strength to your potential clients.
One of the most beautiful and exciting qualities about blogging is that you can create a blog that deals with any subject area that you are either knowledgeable or passionate about (and preferably both!). You can write about personal finance, careers, real estate, getting into business, technology, cooking, travel, personal health, or just about any topic you choose.
Ask for a raise. If you’re unhappy with your compensation at your 9-5 job, asking for a raise is one way to beef up your bank account. Most employers offer an annual review of your work – which could be the perfect time to negotiate a higher salary or ask for better perks. If your employer doesn’t offer such an opportunity, it might be time to initiate a review yourself.

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “River City Bank,” and “Bank” refer to River City Bank. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the party in whose name an Account is maintained, each signer on an Account, and all owners of that Account. We offer a number of Services that require us to receive, process and report information involving your Accounts, Loans and transactions.  We will not be responsible for determining the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information that you or others provide to us.  We will not have a duty to interpret the content of any data transmitted to us, except to the limited extent set forth in this Access Agreement.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we will not be required (by means of any security procedure or otherwise) to detect errors in the transmission or content of any information we receive from you or third parties.
My company has been working on a large link building project. We’ve already performed extensive keyword research and link analysis and now we’re considering executing an email outreach campaign. However, all the content we’ve created up until this point is geared more towards our target audience as opposed to the key influencers of our target audience. Do you think it would be worth it to try to build backlinks to our existing content or are we better off creating new content that directly appeals to the influencers of our target audience?
Frequent blogging schedule: Blogging more frequently will help attract more organic visitors to your blog. Google loves it when you are frequently updating fresh content to your blog and website. The more often you blog, a more organic traffic you gain to your content. Your readers will love it and your blog traffic will only increase. Get on a schedule and stick to it. I would suggest blogging 3 times a week if you are new or trying to grow your traffic. This can be cut down once you are established.
If a Transfer request or instruction or payment or payment order identifies a beneficiary, beneficiary’s bank, or intermediary bank inconsistently by name and an identifying number (such as an account number, SWIFT address or universal identification number), the beneficiary bank or intermediary bank may make payment based solely on the identifying number.  In such cases, the payment will be final even if the identifying number you provided does not correspond to the beneficiary you identified.  Any losses resulting from an incorrect identifying number are your responsibility and not Bank’s responsibility.  Your obligation to pay the amount of the Transfer will not be excused by your error.  For Transfers sent in or returned to Bank, Bank is also entitled to rely on the identifying number as proper identification of a beneficiary and to credit the account based solely on that identifying number.  Bank has no duty to determine if the name and identifying number are consistent.
To do this, I often align the launch of my content with a couple of guest posts on relevant websites to drive a load of relevant traffic to it, as well as some relevant links. This has a knock-on effect toward the organic amplification of the content and means that you at least have something to show for the content (in terms of ROI) if it doesn't do as well as you expect organically.
You acknowledge that the return, rejection or delayed payment of an ACH Transaction, a check or other item is subject to dispute by any of the parties involved, including the senders, payees, originators, drawers and other parties.  If a dispute arises relating to any aspect of the Services or the entries, checks or other items processed or not processed by or through the Service, we will act according to our good faith understanding of this Agreement, applicable laws, regulations and the Rules, including any attachments or appendices then in effect, as they may be amended from time to time.  You agree to indemnify and hold Bank, its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, suits, damages, claims, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related in any way to your use of the Service, unless such losses or costs are proven in a non-appealable court judgment to have been caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
What’s the catch? None, really. Cash back apps act as affiliates for many online merchants, which means that whenever you make a purchase through one of the apps, they get a small commission — but then, they give you a portion of that commission as “cash back”. For example, if I buy a pair of Nike shoes through the Ebates app (or website) and spend $75, Ebates may get a $10 commission but then they’ll pass $7 back to me. It’s basically a way to get sale prices on stuff that isn’t on sale!
