Now, making money online should seem like a pleasurable activity. Why wouldn't we do just about anything to see things through, since it would be a major source of pleasure, right? Wrong. In the beginning, like anything else, we might get really excited about it. We might also set our hopes very high. But that all comes crashing down when we begin to fail.
Take good pictures. Some of the options below don’t require you to actually take the picture and sell the product, but for the ones that do, make sure you take a clear picture that makes your product stand out from the others.  If you’re going to be taking a lot of pictures, set up a small “studio-like” area in your home with a backdrop and proper lighting to really make your pictures come across as professional. And of course, you’ll want a good camera too.

Get creative with your link building strategy! There is no one way to generate links for your company—but as always, stay away from tactics that seem spammy or tactics that generate links from low-quality websites. Lastly, even if you’re tempted to, never pay for backlinks. Although it might pay off in the short-term, tactics like this will always come back to bite you in the form of a Google penalty.
Before diving into possible solutions for boosting your corporate blog and ensuring more people find, read and share your articles, it’s important to understand what I call the ‘holy trinity’ of organic traffic. That means the three main factors that decide whether you’ll rank among the first three entries on Google, or simply disappear in the latter search engine ranking pages where even the most eager user won’t find you.
Creating a video series and selling it as a digital download on your blog, much like an eBook, can be another great seller. A video course, teaching viewers a specific skill or how to achieve a particular activity, may well resonate with your audience. If you are going to go down this route then your videos need to be as professional as possible so you should consider investing in some video and lighting equipment, as well as editing software.
Double check yourself, before you double wreck yourself. Make sure everything you send to a company, whether a résumé, an email or a portfolio, is good to go. Double check your grammar and wording, and for God’s sake use spell check! This is especially important when it comes to the company’s name. Don’t spell their name wrong and be sure to type it how they type it (e.g. Problogger, not Pro Blogger).
